We've had the pleasure of staying here several times, and somehow, each visit surpasses the last. This time, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a stunning suite, complete with a lovely bottle of wine and an array of goodies—a truly thoughtful and appreciated gesture. A special shoutout to Mr. Sami, the exceptional manager who is always on hand to ensure every need is met, and to the incredible customer relations team, especially thanks to my dear friend Somto Obi, whose smile could brighten anyone's day. Great to meet the new customer relation officer Kaan Oz. What truly sets this place apart is the personal touch. From the restaurant staff remembering our drink preferences to recalling my husband’s favorite football team, the attention to detail is simply unmatched. It’s like coming home, but with five-star luxury. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a haven where you feel valued and remembered. We can’t wait for our next visit!"

Excellent service upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, as we were early they escorted us to lunch & then we were offered the pool & beach facilities until chech in, RAJ in the restarant look after our every need throughtout our holiday, Customer relations GIZEM & DEMIR (hope i pronounce correctly ) did everything in there power to make our stay unforgettable, they arranged a special birthday table for me with cake & photo shoot, what can i say amazing first class service! Upon return to our room we found more suprises a bottle of wine & yes MORE cake:-) special thanks to the front office manager who took him time to help us one day & to dear Hassan & Septerber at Esquire beach.. 5 star service all round, we have already booked another stay for this september with them.

The location is brilliant, the food was great. We particularly loved the Sunday roast! We went for a birthday celebration and the staff were lovely. We even had an upgrade to an en-suite which was gorgeous. Comfortable bed, lovely seating area with fireplace effect and a jacuzzi bath. The roof top bar was brilliant also. Great music and atmosphere in the evenings! We tried the spa which was great (separate sauna and steam for women in their changing room also!). The water in the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t as warm as we expected but was very clean and comfortable.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Lords Palace & it never disappoints! We had a suite this time & it was absolutely amazing & very luxurious. The massive room was extremely comfortable & spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were really lovely & couldn’t do more for us. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful with a very varied choice & the pool & outside areas were outstanding. A night cap in the lovely sky bar with beautiful views over the hotel pool & surrounding area was superb. We had a great relaxing stay & we will be back!

The staff , particularly the Nigerians working there were outstanding in terms of courtesy, respectfulness, friendliness and their fluency in English surpassed the other staff working there. When asking for directions Obi in particular would go above and beyond recommending sights bars places to exchange currency along the way. This was what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. I think these staff members should be promoted. The breakfast buffet was also superb. I would like to revisit with family members.
